Ownership Tsumugi, including its source code, the Story Writer, its documentation, its designs and its licence system, belongs to Hakase Studio (ABN 47 526 390 530). It is protected by copyright and other laws. Every right that is not expressly granted to you in this licence is reserved. 2. Not free software Tsumugi is proprietary software. It is not free software, open-source software or public-domain software. Installing, using or paying for Tsumugi, including the free trial, means you accept this licence, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, published at https://tsumugi.games. 3. What you may do Subject to these terms, Hakase Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install and use Tsumugi on the number of computers your licence allows, while you hold a valid trial or licence. The features the Terms of Use list as free may be used without a trial or licence. Hakase Studio may change which features are free at any time. 4. What you may not do Unless the law expressly allows it despite this restriction, you may not, and may not let anyone else: - copy, modify, adapt, translate or make derivative works of Tsumugi, except as needed to use it as this licence allows; - reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or try to discover the source code of Tsumugi; - remove, hide or change any copyright, trademark or ownership notice; - bypass, disable or interfere with licence checks, the encryption of the Story Writer, or any other protection; - distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, lend, host or otherwise make Tsumugi available to anyone else; - share a licence key, a licence pass or a copy of Tsumugi; - use Tsumugi to build a product that competes with it; or - use Tsumugi in breach of any law. 5. Your content Your stories, game files and other content are yours. This licence gives Hakase Studio no right to them. 6. Third-party components Some components of Tsumugi are open-source software. Each keeps its own licence, which applies to that component. These licences are listed in the notices shipped with Tsumugi. Nothing in this licence limits them. 7. Names "Tsumugi" and "Hakase Studio" are names of Hakase Studio. This licence gives you no right to use them, except to refer accurately to Tsumugi. Tsumugi is not made by or affiliated with Chatterbox or GameMaker (YoYo Games). 8. Warranty and liability Tsumugi is provided as described in the Terms of Use. Hakase Studio's liability is limited as set out there, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in this licence excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law that cannot be excluded. 9. Ending this licence This licence ends automatically if you break it. When it ends, stop using Tsumugi and delete all copies. Sections 1, 2, 4 to 8 and 10 continue to apply. 10. Governing law and changes This licence is governed by the laws of Australia. Hakase Studio may update this licence by updating this text. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
